1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our language courses, accessing our services, or visiting our premises, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.

2. Registration and Payment

• All students must complete the official registration process via our website or at our physical location.
• Full or partial payment may be required to secure your seat in any course or workshop.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, cash, or approved digital methods. Receipts are issued upon request.

3. Course Policy

• Attendance is mandatory for certification and evaluation purposes.
• Course materials may be provided in physical or digital format, depending on the program.
• Missed classes are not refundable but may be recovered based on availability and instructor discretion.

4. Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation and progress. This is subject to attendance, participation, and internal evaluation standards.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Students may cancel enrollment within 5 business days before the course start date for a full refund.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
• No refunds are issued once the course has begun, except in the case of documented emergencies or cancellation by the school.

6. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and peers. Disruptive or abusive behavior may result in expulsion without refund.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during registration is securely stored and used solely for administrative, communication, and certification purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms

Ancient Language School reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued participation implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
